My specs:

My motherboard is: Asus M2N-E
Cpu: Athlon 6000+
Ram:4Gb ddr2 800mhz
PSU: 400w
Gpu: 9600gt

That cpu is more or less equivalent to a Core 2 Duo E7500 or E8400.

At best, you can use a 2 GB GTX 750 Ti with that system and it will turn into a decent 720p rig.

It's a lot more powerful than either of those and requires max 55 Watts to run.

I'm sure you can find great deals on ebay.

I recommend single fan variant, and if your motherboard supports, upgrade RAM to 8 GB.

You shouldn't go with a GTX 650 considering NVIDIA recommends a 450 - 500w PSU and it'll probably overwhelm your unit. Same with the 7750. I recommend upgrading your PSU to a 500 - 550w PSU from EVGA, Seasonic, etc.. But the only GPU I read which is recommended for a 400w unit is the 550 Ti.
