Can't modify anything on C: Drive due to Error 0x80070570

So basically I can't do anything as long as its on my main drive. I cant delete files from C:, Can't download files to C:, Can't launch most programs on C: (Haven't tried too many, just a few games other than my browser and well, Windows, which do work). Is there a way to fix it or is my hard drive corrupted or dying?

What error messages do you get? Are they the same every time, or are they different? And have you tried booting into Safe Mode with Networking & verifying that it happens there as well?

So i fixed it. First of all I will reply that some games I tried thst had a client did give me the message, others just said some files couldnt be read or were corrupted. All I did was do a disk check. First i tried the scan oblt method a fee times but it couldn't scan, so I did a scan and repair which did fix the problem. For those of you who wonder how I did it I found it in the properties of the drive.
