Hello, I've had my Micro SD Card in my phone for a few months, and when I want to take it out and use it for my Raspberry Pi, I can't modify it. Now I'm not noob, I know about the write protect switch, and it is clearly off for both adapters I've tried so far. I try a different computer, doesn't work. I try formatting it on my phone, doesn't work either. I try using a different Micro SD to SD Converter, doesn't, freaking, work! Then I try diskpart on the Windows Command Line, doesn't work either!! I've given up on what to do myself so I would like some advice on what to do.

Thank you so much!!

When microSD cards go bad or run into an internal fault, they go read-only to reduce the chance of further data corruption. When that happens, the only way to restore them to format them from - try doing that using a PC instead of doing it on your phone or Pi. If that doesn't work either, then the card may be scrap.

I've been formatting on a PC, but I can check if it's read only.
