Cant move Documents folder from HDD

I have recently upgraded to an SSD and a HDD, I was changing the file location of my documents and my downloads to the HDD, I accidently set them to s:/ instead of s:/documents, now it wont let me change the location of my documents coming up with 'access denied'. How do I fix this.

did you use the file explorer or settings/system/storage?

File exploder normally safest way and you can choose to set it back to default if need be

Press Win key + e
right click documents library
select properties
location tab
click restore default

Its an easy mistake to do, I made an entire partition my music folder when I first installed win 10.

I'd recommend you try taking ownership of your drive first. This should help you with the 'Access Denied' error and then follow @Colif's advice and change the default install/download path.
