Can't open AMD CCC nor any games.

So, my friend bought a pc a few days ago and the shop where he was buying the parts built it for him, though there is a major problem.

He is not able to open any game or even amd CCC. He installed Metro 2033 redux, Crysis and Bastion and he couldn't run any of them. AMD CCC is not even in his system tray, when trying to open it either by right-clicking and selecting it or by running it from the start menu the icon pops up in the lower right corner and then disappears a few moments later.

His cpu is an i7 4790k and his gpu is an ASUS R9 390 STRIX, so he should be able to run any game, yet when he tries opening one he either gets a black screen for a second or nothing happens.

Any suggestions on what he should do?

I would recommend a clean install of windows and re-downloading all drivers.
If after installing the problem persists we can see if there is a hardware problem.
I seriously don t trust these "tech" shops cause all they seek is money,
there are only a few out there that act like professionals
I am saying this because I had a personal experience with lots of them.
