Cant open asio.sys (2)

Cant open asio.sys (2)!! Problem here is that i cannot even get onto the home screen on the computer ! Is there anyway to remove this asus suite from the bios ! Its windows 10 with asus motherboard

Asio.sys is not an executable file. Why are you trying to open it? Whatever your problem is, opening that file is not the solution. If I couldn't get to the screen for signing in, I'd restore from a recent backup I've made using Macrium Reflect (free version).
