Can't Open .exe

So, before i couldnt open my cracked version of fifa 15. It just wouldnt open. It would know how to open it but just nothing happened. Now I can't open .exe files!!! at all! I tried doing a tutorial about opening .exe files with regedit. but even then i still can open regedit.exe because i messed up the tutorial somehow and now nothing works. No applications can be opened. I dont know what to open .exe's with?! I am scared!

Have u tried running the system with antivirus/Malware scan?

Have u done a backup on ur computer? if yes then u should restore ur system to that point where ur pc was ok that time.

This was likely caused by a virus. Have you tried opening regedit through a 3rd party application such as Notepad++ or even using run in the start menu? Also what version of windows are you using?
