Question Can't open files - Trust Centre Issue

I moved to W11 and bought a new (standalone) version of Visio Professional 2021
Creating saving and opening works fine for all new documents in Visio
However when I try to open any of my older Visio documents I get the following message on screen:

After checking on Microsoft Support, I followed advice to allow open & save of 2003-2010 docs. As you can see this is enabled.

But it still gives same error.

Can you help ? .... lots of documents I need access to.

Well, not really because at the bottom of your last screenshot it shows "Do not open the selected file types" is selected although greyed out. Are you logged in as an Administrator?

Yes ... I am logged in as Administrator, shows it in settings>account
I just tried restore defaults - and the same items are greyed out.

Don't know why the error picture does not show in OP - does show if I click on the link, and it shows here - until I press save then it changes to black box. They other pic also on FLIKR shows OK - must be a FLIKR thing

Resolved ..... the answer is NOT as described on MS web site, in fact it's the opposite.

I unchecked all of the blue boxes ... saved, restarted Visio and it now works fine.

That seems to fit in....

The label is "File Block Settings".

Not unusual to have mislabled, misleading titles and end-user options.
