Can't open Imation drive

Hi all, pls help. My imation flash drive can't be opened with windows explorer. Every time I tried to open it, it'll prompt this error code, 'This application is not able to support 2 devices, pls remove one of them from your system'. But I don't have a 2nd devices attached to my laptop.

Does that flash drive have 'lock' software on it? If so then that is a issue with that computer can't access a 'locked' drive as the way you set it up (aka only the original PC it was 'locked' on can access the drive).

DO NOT bother to ask how to circumvent the security on it either in response. Tom's Hardware Forum Rules are QUITE specific about 'circumventing ANY security'.
