Cant open windows bluetooth stack *SOLVED*

Im trying to download my driver for my bluetooth usb adapter and it wont download because as said in the title it cant open windows bluetooth stack. If anyone can give me a legit answer that isn't update my windows and it works, you would be a god because I've been at this shit for 4 hours now of looking on every site and nobody is giving useful advice.

Go to http://www.broadcom.com/support/?gid=2 and download the WIDCOMM option. I don;t even want to admit how long that took. Worked for me and hopefully will work for you
