Question Can't over clock vengeance Pro 3200mhz ram past 2133mhz (2x16 16cl)

Hey guys,

Second post in one day :/ not a great day!

I have ryzen 5 3400g, msi mpg x570 gaming Pro carbon and corsair vengeance 2x18 3200mhz cl16

The ram speed is only reaching 2133mhz in the bios. Any overclocking attempt has no affect.

Am I missing a setting. I have loaded a-xmp and altered speeds and voltages still no change.

Any knowledge or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Reset BIOS to default. Save and restart. Then enable XMP, save and restart. Try it and tell us if it works or not.

Look in BIOS, beside enabling XMP/DOCP you may also need to set RAM frequency.
