Can't Over clock?

Hi This is my first time overclocking, and I'm just following the tutorials on the youtube. However when I try to change my CPU Ratio, I can't. All the settings are preset to AUTO, and I can't change any of those settings. I even changed the CPU UNLOCK option from DISABLED to ENABLED, and it still doesn't change anything.

Currently using Gigabyte 990FXA UD3 with AMD FX 8320

Please help me!

This doesn't help me one bit though... I can't find my AI OVERCLOCK TUNER or equivalent button on my 990fxa UEFI BIOS, therefore I can not change any settings regarding the overclock on my set up...
