Can't overclock i5 3570k on BIOSTAR TZ77A Mobo?

I'm trying to overclock my CPU in the bios. Changing the ratio limit does nothing (monitoring with CPU-Z) and. I can enable/disable CPU turbo mode, but I can't change the individual 1/2/3/4 core ratio limits because they are grayed out. I've tried messing with fixed voltage and core speed doesn't increase.

Is there a setting is some bizarre place that enables alteration of those values? From reading, it seems like that's what I need to do, but I can't.

Solution
Flash the newest BIOS, it usually fixes these kinds of issues. If not, mess around with the overclocking page inside BIOS. If you can't fix it, send pics of the BIOS to see what's causing the issue.
