I have a seagate 1000gb hard drive
I have used 532 gb out of the 931 gb available and now i want to partion 200 gb for ubuntu but i can't
What should i do?

You can only create a partition on space which is "unallocated". You can't create a partition on an existing partition.
Therefore, you need to "shrink" the existing partition to create the amount of unallocated space that you need.

You should be able to do that in Windows Disk Management:
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management
Instructions here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/gg309169.aspx

I partioned with c drive only and being that more than 200 gb is free i should be able to partition it
I found answer but i can't understand it please help me
Problem is with "Hidden" file location on HDD.
Try disabiling hibernation, reboot and delete hybernation file. File is hidden file and normally stored toward the end of the HD and you can only shrink upto file location.
Might be able to use disk cleanup to delete file. under accessories, system tools .

a 2nd file problem may be the "system rstore file' See my link at end.
I had this problem about a year ago on wife's "Store bought - ugh" system and that is what I found after doing a google search. Was able to shrink partition after following suggestions in link. Would have elaberated more, but have to go bowling.
