My previous windows crashed last week. After looking to solve the problem with no sucess ,I formatted and installed new windows 7 on my hd. Altough some error messeges through the installation, it came up after every restart that installation still running, so I let it run and eventually it did installed windows 7! after maybe 3 error messeges.

I was happy, but when I come now to play any video game I want this computer to play, it won't play, won't even start. In ETS 2 it writes down that the software has crashed, in GTA's it won't even respond to double clicking on the exe's, so looking back on the wierd way my windows was installed I guess it is all the errors I got that makes all the mess now with playing games right?

How can I fix it? All the games of course worked on my previous windows.

I'll also say that my cd rom drive make strong sounds when reading the windows 7 cd, but when i connect this cd rom to my second computer it act as normal.

Of course I reinstalled ETS 2, and about the both GTAs I checked ,they work without the need to reinstall them (from experience).
Tomorrow I'll try to make a usb bootable windows and I'll update what happens.

Update- I made a bootable usb but for some reason, when computer starts, it don't ask me to press any key to start the windows installation. Tommorow I'll try to make a bootable of another windows cd I have, maybe the image itself is not good.

Update- I have updated all the drivers with a software and problem solved. Other problems I have now:
1 (not really a problem just an issue)- computer is not recognizing my video card, but the default built in one.
2 the game ets2 now ask me for a key code, and when I insert the one I got in the game box- it's written that the code is wrong.

About 2 I'll ask in scssoft forums, but about 1 I'll be glad if you can help me here (altough it actually deserves a new topic).

btw I used driver booster to update all my drivers.
