Question cant play bluray not even with cyberlink power dvd blu-ray not visible from my computer

i cant play the bluray trried 3 different movioes and they wont play in my computer bvlu ray is listed but movie title dont pop up i click on it it says insert disk. graphics gpu is a 2070 nviddia monitor and all is hdcp compatabnle in device manager my bluray drive is listed im stumped

Which BluRays are you trying? Standard, UHD etc?

standered bluray cyberlink powerdvd 18. somthin aint right a deadpool bluray i had play in it befor wont play when it use to. cd dvds play in it just fine. is these 3 blurays that wont play. now i do have cylance AI anti virus that caught somethin in it i tried uninstalling and reinstalling with out it running still no luck.

this is going to seem odd but has anyone ever heard of the bluray breaking on the combo drive but not the cd dvd? cause i heard it making stange noises onetime then recall bluray not working
