Can't play GTA IV or GTA EFLC

Hi,I have windows 8.1 and HP pavilion 15-n221ee core i7 with 16GB ram and 2 gb dedicated but I cant play any GTA ( cracked with razor ) in GTA EFLC I get stuck on loading screen and GTA IV wont launch,plz help me

in my country there is no OG games so i cant buy them

lol. You want help with a stolen piece of software? Go buy it. There are plenty of digital platforms you can buy it on. Or move. Or stop buying crappy laptops.
