Can't Play Videos (Windows 10) WITH ERROR CODE

The title says it all, i used the Tweaking Software which has always worked out great for me but it got stuck at the repair CMD Screen for some reason (which never usually happens, and it said i am able to close the CMD Screen to proceed with the next step) so i did that and after everything was done and i had to restart PC it did fix most of the problems i was facing (unable to add google chrome extensions and right click desktop) any ideas?

Is the problem only with this one file or all mp4. Files

File system error may mean corrupt or damaged file or hard disk problems rather than a media player error


If a media player error i would install. Vlc player
Version 3 has been available for some time

Yeah i'm able to Right click and "open with" VLC and it plays the video, when i try the default video player on windows 10 it doesn't seem to work :/
