Question Can't play Watch Dogs 2 with friend ?

PLEASE HELP I can't play with my friend it always says unable to connect match not found and friend not available tried everything life flushing DNS resetting router and verifying game files reinstalling the game and unplugging router works for a moment then i will start the connection errors and today even if I reset router reinstalled game or unplugged port it won't work it so frustrating my friend and I have good wifi we play other games but we don't encounter the error like watch dogs 2 Ubisoft support is always not available and not always reliable and my friend and both of us can play with random player invade random player join coops but when we both play its always unable connect not found or not available and I notice this problem date back to 2016 so PLEASE SEND HELP

so both of you can play online, just not each other? and your friend not available. are you both running legit
