Can't Play (Won't Install)

Hello,

I recently formatted and upgraded to Windows XP SP2. I
can sign in, And I get the bar thingy asking to install
the activeX thing.. Which I click install. Then I get
that second box that asks to install zone files.. I click
install.. then i get nothing. no lockups, no downloads,
nada! I have tried this route from the spades page, and
found the software install page (with the spade).. I get
the same results on both pages. Please help.. is there
an .exe to download and install? thanks 🙂

Known issues with XP SP2 and various products out there.

It may help to use the "Enabling programs" section of the above article
to allow Zone.exe, Zproxy.exe and any other Zone program that
communicates with the Zone.

It's also possible Heartbeat is damaged. Remove Heartbeat
