Question Can't Power Tinkerboard 2S on

I have been trying to power on the Tinkerboard, but I haven't had any luck. The red power light never turns on
What have i tried so far:

• I have tried connecting it to my PC using USB-C
• using a 12V power supply
• Using the Raspberry Pi USB-C Power Supply

I have even exchanged the device, but the issue persists.

The official specs seem to recommend a 19V 45W power adapter

Do you have any on hand you could try?

But i think its strange. In the Starter Guide they told me to plug the USB-C into the Tinkerboard and then wait until my PC recognize it..

That's a center-negative barrel jack, and the Tinkerboard is center-positive
And it seems the Tinkerboard doesn't get power from the USB-C port, so you have to get a center-positive plug
