Can't publish share folder in AD

Using XP Pro SP2.

when try to pulish a share folder to AD.
an error show :
"The system encountered the following error while saving the publish
information of share ShrNm:
Error 0x80070005: Access is denied."

Env: Server 2003
Account: Local PC= Admin, Server=Normal User

please help.
