[SOLVED] Cant put the push pins

Hi! Im new to this forum, i bought my first pc, and tried building it on my own, the thing is that i bought an ID-Cooling SE 903, and no matter what i do i could only get 3 of the push pins seated, 1 fully pressed, 2 half, and 1 corner just didnt enter my asus prime b360m-A, and is on the air a little

After installing everything i went to the bios and see like 30 Celcius, should i worry? Or 30C is fine?, now im worry that my cpu burns, because my brother said that the CPU can be burned, and some of my friend said that it shoudnt be a problem, any help?

By the way my cpu is an i3 8100(non-k)

30 is fine but you really want to try and get that seated properly because it may quickly become "not fine" if the cooler were to move or shift.
