Question cant reach 3200mhz

before you're asking, yes, I did make an XMP profie,my ram running at 3133mhz right now, ut I can't get it to 3200mhz, my MB supports up to 3446mhz, I have the Corsair 16x2 gb 3200mhz rgb edition, and here are my specs.

I understand its advertised to OC to 3200mhz, but its never a guarentee.

The differance between 3133mhz and 3200mhz would quite literally show no differance anyways.

If it bothers you I would send it back within the return period if there is one for a new kit just to be sure.

I would even run Prime95 for a few hours at 3133mhz just to see if its even stable at that speed since its not stable at 3200mhz.

Is the ram amd certified and on your motherboards compatibility list?

Even so, sometimes you have to manually set the timings and voltage in the bios. This can be a little daunting sometimes though, especially if you don't know what you're looking at.

I had a similar problem with my Ryzen 5 3600x, GB X570UD Motherboard, and G.Skill 3600 RAM. I would set the XMP profile and it would not run at 3600, it would only run at 3533. Truthfully the speed loss was negible as it probably is in your case. I tried setting RAM timing by hand using Ryzen Memory Calculator and it still didn't work. Finally I updated my BIOS to the latest F20a when it came out a couple of weeks ago and all of a sudden the RAM would run at XMP 3600. Nice. You might want to update your BIOS. Good luck.

My mother board is "ryzen 3000" ready. I did download the latest bios, but still no luck... I think I'll format my pc...
