Question Can't reach full 3000 MHz

This is my first build, everything works as intended.
My only issue is the RAM. I set the XMP on the bios main screen to profile 1 which is 3000mhz , and also set it in the advanced memory page. for some reason on the main bios page right above where I choose the xmp profile, it says the DIMM slots are running at 2400mhz. Am I ok as long as the xmp is enabled and says 3000mhz on both the main screen and advanced screen.

if it says 3000mhz total im good to go right

It will say half , but it's DDR memeory = Double Data Rate , so you multiply by 2.

Thanks. If it still reads 2400mhz (1200 x 2 lol), could it be that I need a BIOS update and/or to increase the RAM voltage (currently varies between 1.1v-1.2v).
