Question Can't remember an old 90s pc game

The game is educational writing game.
Has a talking fountain pen with long red hair.
Can type in different colors and it reads the text back to you.
Lots of places to exlpore and click different objects for effects, sounds and songs.
I'm sure I had it on a old windows 95 or 98 pc and it came with the pc along with other games. No idea what it is

It's not Orily If i'm spelling that right. Was the voice Jamaican. My kids had a game kinda like your asking about. If not the right game I can ask the wife she might remember.
