This forum specifically bans helping people bypass passwords or any security mesuares as we have no real way to know if the device is yours or not.
If you own the PC and have proper proof of purchase then you can contact the OEM (the company that made it like Dell, HP, etc) and they can provide you recovery media (typically for a small fee).
