Can't remember the name of this game

This was a word game I played on a PC. As best I can remember, there was a tree with branches on it, and letters floated in bubbles around the screen. You had to capture the bubbles by clicking on them with the mouse then drag them to the right branch to spell words. I think there were drawings of cherry blossoms on the branches, and soothing music played in the background, like harp music maybe? This would have been probably somewhere between 1999-2007. It seems like we accessed it through msn games or candystand or popcap or something like that.
