Question Can't Remove Account from Google

Disclaimer: This is my first post on this forum, and if I'm in the wrong place, please let me know.

Anyway, I'm having a problem where I can't remove my Google account from a web browser. Ever since the redesign of the Google Accounts page, I haven't seen a remove account button. This happens no matter which site I'm on, whether it's accounts.google.com, google.com, or drive.google.com.

The issue that I think I might be having is that it wants me to sign out with Chrome's accounts feature, but I'm using a Chromium browser, Vivaldi, so it still doesn't give me the remove account button even though there are no browser accounts like in Chrome.

Anyway, here's a picture of the accounts page.

What can I do to remove an account? It's always signing me out of the account I want and defaulting to one I have set in another instance of Vivaldi.

No, I don't think so. Plus, it's synced across all my Vivaldi clients and I don't feel like losing all passwords and cookies over this. There must be a better way...
