Cant remove amd phenom heatsink

Hi im trying to remove heatsink by twisting but it wont move at all, i already unhooked these two metal hooks and left pc turned on for some time to heatup dry thermal paste, still no result is there anything holding heatsink cause its like cemented... thank you

Can you possibly pull the heat sink off with the processor and then you might be in a position where you can get a small blade in between and gently pry them apart.

your photos seem to show that you have not even unlatched the clips holding the assembly to the cpu motherboard base. one on each side of the heatsink.

once this is done dont pull upwards, gently turn left and right the heatsink, until the dried up heatsink paste releases.

If you've unlatched the metal hooks on either side of the retention bracket, you might be able to gently twist the heatsink to break the seal on the CPU. Other than that, I can't think of a real safe way of getting that off. Twisting has always been a pretty reliable method however.
