Can't remove front panel...

Open the case up including the side panels and investigate the latching method.

The front panel (FP) should have either push-posts that 'pop' into holes in the case front, or tabs that clip onto the case frame.
If the former, you may need to gently wedge a wide blade screwdriver between FP and case and twist to start the post to come loose if it is simply being stubbornly tight.
If the latter, you will have to remove the side panels to get access to the tabs that need to be flexed in or out to release the FP.

It's surprising how strong cases can actually be. I would try pulling it from
Either side and trying to pull one side while squeezing the others almost to 'pop' it out of place. Seems to work with most cases

Is there some reason why you need to open the front' unless you plan on installing a fan or installing something in the front Bay. If you need to install an optical drive just take the blunt end of a screw driver and hit the bay cover with it from the I side. 80% of cases will do this.

Who knows what case they used. (?) Apparently it is a retail case, they just don't name it. If it has a fingers' grip opening at the bottom, it is designed to pull off. But take off the case side panels and see if it is push-posts thru holes in the frame... or if it has release tabs sticking thru slots in the frame. If you are still not sure, post a a pic of the inside of the case where the FP attaches to the case.
