Hi. I just got a GTX 1050ti 4gb. I want to take out my gt 730, and put in my new one. However I can't take it out. It's not plugged in into anything, and I can't lift it up. It's stuck. Please help.

edit: I know to pull it directly up, but it won't move.

Solution
If the screw holding the metal bracket to the case is removed, AND the plastic latch that sometimes is used on the other side of the card is flipped up, then it's just a matter of pulling the card out. If when it was installed the metal bracket was wedged between the case and motherboard, it might be tightly fit. In that case, using a rocking motion back and forth might be your best bet. Find a place on the card, the opposite side from where the outputs are, and gently pull up on it, not a lot just a little. Then pull up on the other side, holding the first side in place so it doesn't go back down. Repeat.
