Cant remove server heatsink

I tried everything there is no visible pin or anything holding it on just a spring loaded screw here are some pics:

I have tried pushing down and unscrewing the screw but still cant get it out. Is it possible that it is screwed in extremely tight ? I am afraid to apply more force because i might damage the motherboard.

The socket is intel 1366
and the server is a dual node HP SL160z G6
Please help !

Thanks for the photos, they are very clear. Silly question, are you using the right for of 'screwdriver' That head requires a special tool.

I used a small flat head, and it just doesnt turn. I am going to try with the right type. Thx.

Size T-10/T-15 wrench, or hex allen key set, something like:

Undo is to your left, just so your not mistaking and going right - righty tighty.

Allen keys are smooth. Those look like Torx or some similar proprietary heads.

I got the right type of screwdriver it fits the screw perfectly . But it still doesn't work, it either extremely tight or there is a locking mechanism, the screw just doesn't turn.

I ended up cutting a line on the screw so that a flat screwdriver could fit. Thank you both for your help.
