Question Can't remove timer from top left of screen

This timer appeared today after my cat ran across my keyboard and it will not go away. I believe I recall something AMD/Radeon related whenever the pop-up occurred but can't replicate it. System restarts and shutdowns don't seem to fix it and I've disabled all radeon related overlays as well. Any help is appreciated.

Scroll nearly down to the bottom and look for Scene Settings/Show Timer.

Are we sure this isn't a timer built into the monitor itself? What model of monitor is that? Are there any options you can set with the monitor's buttons to show or hide a timer?
