cant repair startup

So i wanted to reinstall windows from factory settings, i believe it was on the last process of reinstalling backed up files but for some reason it stop on 83% and never moved. i waited an hour and it still havent moved. so i to turn it off since my laptop was over heating.

(Also i didnt reinstall windows from where i log into my laptop because i had problem where i couldnt even click it, it every time i clicked do i want to perform this action(not exactly what it said) it says explorer or windows has stop working and then it refreshes the desktop.)

The next day after i shut down mh laptop from the factory settings, it looked like it removed the data, both users on my laptop was gone too when i decided to try the factory restore again. but before that, windows didnt boot up, and it took me straight to startrup repair. and then it said startrup repair cannot repair this computer automatically and heres the problem details.

Hello... 1)What Windows APP did you start this process with?
2) "StartupRepairOffline" Sounds like you need a network/internet connection to use this APP... is it connected to the Net?
3) Do You have a "Genuine Windows 7 DVD" ? or is this a OEM bundled OS/Driver Disk that came with laptop?
4) DO you have OEM Windows product Sticker on the laptop? What does it say exactly?
5) What is make/model/brand/#'s on your laptop.
