Cant replace thermal paste because Stripped Screw

Hello, i have a very big problem with my GTX 1080 Ti Founders edition card, the card runs a lil hotter then what i like (85c) underload, and i wanted to replace the Factory Thermal paste with some nicer, Arctic Silver 5, but i cant do it because there are two screws on the Card that are stripped.

here is a Pic of my Video card, and i put red circles over what screw is stripped.
