Cant reset computer to factory settings and have no disk

So I have a lot of problems with my computer and I just want to reset my computer to factory settings. I dont have the disk either. Im running a decent computer with windows 10, is their any way to reset the computer to factory settings and just start fresh? I dont care if I lose all my information.

Did you try settings/update & security/recovery/reset this PC?

If that isn't working, fresh install just as easy and less likely to require you to update a previouys version of windows back to 10

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in bios so USB is first, HDD second

Was this OS preinstalled?
Or was the Win 10 something you bought and installed?
Or was it upgraded from something else?
