Can't Reset Toshiba Satalite P-55W

My P-55W 2300 series was working great until my son in law ran a magnent around it. I have many days where there was clicking but it would start. Today I tried again to start it and got an error that said
" Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired:
A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.
Error code: 0xc0000225
You'll need to use recovery tools. If yu don't have any installation media (like a disc or usb device) contact your PC Administrator or PC/Device manufacturer."

Where do I get the recovery media to do this? The computer is out of warranty by 9 months.
The computer came with Windows 10.

Can anyone help me with this?

Even without a warranty, you should still be able to contact the manufacturer and get the needed disk(s) from them. They may charge a fee, can't say on that.
