Cant Restore Default Location of Documents Subdirectory

Hi, So I was trying to fix a save game issue with just cause 3 where it wouldn't save if the game isnt on the same drive as Documents. One solution was to move documents to the drive with the game ( From C: to E: ) when I did that I accidentally forgot to make a Documents folder to put them in so it put all of my files all over the main directory of my E: drive. So I went to restore the default location but then says this error. "Failed to build list of regular sub-directories under 'E:\Recovery', Access Denied" Is there anyway to fix this?

Try windows restore.
