[SOLVED] Can't run 4K @ 60Hz on LG 27UD58-B Monitor via HDMI with GTX 1050Ti

My setup:

• 
  Windows 10 Pro OS
  Zotac GTX 1050Ti
  LG 27UD58-B Monitor - Office Specs Manual

Hooked my 1050Ti up using a high speed HDMI cable to the monitor, and tried both HDMI ports, can only get 4K working on 30Hz, see screenshot below:


According to the manual both HDMI ports on the monitor supports HDMI 2.0, so in theory it can should allow for 4K at 60Hz.

However, I was only able to get 60Hz @ 1080p, as shown here:

In monitor menu set HDMI Ultra Deep Color to "On".

Why using HDMI for 4K while there’s way better one available, Displayport?

Maybe its the cheap HDMI cable, That might be a hdmi 1.4 cable. Even if the port on the monitor is 2.0 u need a HDMI 2.0 cable to display 4k@60hz. HDMI 1.4 can display 4k@30hz
