My brother bought a radeon he 7850 with his i3 3220 with 8 gb ram.. He went on canurunit and it passed recommended but when he went on bf3 he couldn't even go on bf3 low settings with about 10 FPS? Please help
Dual core CPU's are not suited for gaming especially modern games like BF3, also the Canurunit software isn't 100% accurate and looks at clock speed instead of the actual efficiency of each part.

The i3 is a dual core. Most modern games need 4 cores. You would need to buy a new processor if you would like fps higher.
Were you running BF3 multiplayer? MP is a lot more CPU intensive.
Other graphics settings to check
Depth of field (DoF)- turn this off, it's a massive resource hog
Shadows - another big resource eater, set to min.
Anisotropic filtering - turn off as well.
Ts like the FPS is limited to 10 and can't go any higher
AMD FX 6300 or pair it with an i5, I reccomend the i5 as it works out cheaper (same mobo) but as stated multiple times, dual core is NOT for high end gaming.
