Can't Run BF4, Huge FPS Drops

Hello;
I am using a ASUS Radeon HD 7850 DirectCU 1GB graphics card. Its full overclocked. My CPU is Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz no OC. I have 6gb RAM and Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. I can run Battlefield 4 in High settings but I am getting huge FPS drops that makes the game unplayable. I have searched for methods in the internet but didn't work. Some of them were to disable Origin Interface, CPU Unpark and Driver Updates but none of these worked. I need help on solving this issue. Thanks.

What kind of FPS drops are you getting? How low?
On my old i5 2320 some parts of certain maps were horrible for drops, you'd ideally need to OC your CPU but yours isn't a K model.

I am getting 60+ and suddenly the game freezes and goes to 10 FPS for a second. This happens everytime in-game.

check your ram usage while in-game, your ram may be your problem, try upgrading
