Question Can't run games after upgrading my PC

hey everyone, after upgrading my CPU and getting a new monitor I've had this problem. I can't run games at all after upgrading my CPU and getting a new monitor my PC is usable but I can't run a single game.

My specs are:
4 GB ram
AMD Radeon HD 6670 GPU
And a core i5-2400 CPU (my old one is an ancient dual core Pentium CPU)

this is the second time I post about this problem because I didn't get a solution the first time.

what motherboard do you have?
are you running 64bit windows? 4gb isn't a lot of memory to play anything in.

I don't play heavy games I play stuff like Minecraft.
My motherboard is DH61WW.
Yes, I'm running 64bit windows.
my PC used to run games like Minecraft easily but now it just freezes or lags too much.
