Question Cant run memory on 3200hz

I recently build a new pc with Asus b450-f motherboard, 2700x, and tridenz rgb 3200hz 2x8 (x2) and I can only run it up to 1800hz when all 32GB are on, but with only 2 sticks it runs at 2133.
I've tried using DOCP but it just crashed and i had to restart with default.

Memory manufacturers won't guarantee compatibility of multiple kits of memory to work together.

Those DOCP profiles are for one kit of memory not two.

So there is no way I can run them on full speed?
