[SOLVED] can't run memtest86

Hi,decided to test my RAM with memtest86 but ran into a problem.
I mounted the usb image using the program they provided,and also tried rufus but i run into the same problem.when I try to boot from usb I get the following message and can't continue:
"Reboot and select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

i have an asrock b360 pro 4,adding an image that shows whatthe menu looks like in case someone knows what i should change there

Try using a tool like Rufus to write the image to a USB drive and then boot from the drive to run memtest.

I did try rufus , and i tried the tool that came with memtest,still get the same message

Do you have an alternate USB drive?

ok i figured it out.
in USB boot options should change to UEFI setup only
