Can't run Men of War: Assault Squad 2

I meet the minimum requirements for the game and all. I pulled up the task manager while playing and I found out that the CPU usage is only 12%. What's going on??? The graphics are also set to low and the game itself is windowed.

Specs:

Intel Core i3 2120 3.3GHz (4 CPUs)

Graphics card: Intel R HD Graphics

Have you checked the RAM usage?

Perhaps checking might do? And if it is how much RAM are you allocating towards the game/is there a way to check how much's being used?

How often does it happen? (Does it happen every x amount of time or does it happen randomly)?

I meant when do the frames drop, since I have had frame drops when there's not enough memory for a game when I'm playing.

So is it a steady low fps or could it go from for example 60 fps to 4 fps and then go back up again?

It doesn't go up from what I've seen tho. I don't have an fps meter but everything is fine until I actually start playing. Should we take this over to personal messages to make it more efficient?

It's up to you though other people that may help may want to see info to keep things easier. Does your CPU usage ever go over 12%? It seems pretty odd.

At first, yes. When the first part of the mission starts it does.

But it never goes above 12 percent?

It goes a bit higher but it's around that after the level has loaded in.

Is the game playable or completely frozen/close to frozen/have you tried seeing your CPU temps? If not and you don't know how try searching up some good softwares and make sure you don't download a virus too (better safe than sorry 😛)
