[SOLVED] Cant run pc

Stuck on "Hardware monitor" screen. Cant run the pc, and it says "System fan 1: N/A". I replaced ram, tried with another power supply, restarted cmos and it is still the same. What is causing this problem?

As it is saying the system fan is not available. Even if the fan is running it may not be detectable. Can you get into the BIOS to change settings? If so look for some entry about halting the computer on "any error", halting the computer on fan error/missing or anything else fan/cooling related.
