Can't Scroll Through EOS GRUB Menu

I just installed Elementary (a Linux distribution) alongside Windows 7 on my custom rig via a CD. When my PC boots from the HDD, it enters the GRUB and asks what OS I’d like to enter. I can’t scroll through the grub with the arrow keys. It auto-boots to Elementary OS which works just fine. However, I want to boot to Windows. Any suggestions?

Thanks! USB keyboard was disabled by default in my BIOS.
