My user account has Admin priviledge but I can not search anything in my own folder...
Desktop>Libraries>Documents

Although I can search the same folder if I open up to the path...
Computer>Local Disk C>users>Ownerc>My Documents>

Why would that be?

I tried making a whole new user with Admin authority. That new one had the same problem. 🙁

OK, I took away my Admin authority, but I still have the same problem.

I can not search the path ... Desktop>Libraries>Documents

But I can search the path ...
Computer>Local Disk C>users>Ownerc>My Documents>

The other curious thing is that I see a little lock on the Ownerc icon.

No problem opening the file... my problem is finding the file in Search.

If I go to the file in Windows Explorer they open as expected.

For example...
I put a file "Test.txt" in the MyDocuments folder...

If I try searching for it in this path I don't find it...

Desktop>Libraries>Documents

But if I try searching for that file by this path I find it!
Computer>Local Disk C>users>Ownerc>My Documents>

done that with a right click from the mouse open computer then c then user after that got to my user name with a lock on it click right and open see all what is in user click my documents and everything open and was able to look around and even open file in it

Search S-e-a-r-c-h S-e-a-r-c-h.

I can not find any file using file Search window when I am at this path location...
Desktop>Libraries>Documents

But, I can find all files using Search when I am at this path location.
Computer>Local Disk C>users>Ownerc>My Documents>

I have the same problem right now, did you find the solution?

I have SSD without indexing, I can use search everywhere except for the libraries folders. However I also can search when I open them in /Users/Username/My Music; My Documents (etc.)
