Can't see bios need help!

In bios I made my memory timings 4-4-4-12 and after I exited bios I recieved 3 beeps and can't see anything. Now everytime I start my computer I can't see anything at all. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

You really should post your specs when asking a question. Reset the BIOS back to factory default, using the shorting pins located on the mobo. Consult your manual for the proper procedure.
